When comparing my memo and my narrative they seemed very similar, but the memo seems much more concise and professional while my narrative is more free flowing. I think I liked the memo better because there is a formula for doing it and all one has to do is add in their information.
I also liked writing the memo better. I am finding out more and more as we delve deeper into business writing, there is a format for almost everything we write, and I like writing when there is structure. It is easier for me to enter the information where I need it rather than creating my own format.
