I just finished my memo and hope it will be well received. I enjoyed writing it and liked that it can only be one page because it makes me be careful with my wording because there is little to no room for fluff. I stated in my memo that I want to gain confidence in this class and I am hoping that the fact that we have to post our work for the whole class to see will help.

I also enjoyed writing this memo. I felt it was a change from the type of writing I am use to which is mainly an "academic writing style". While I do like to be creative, I liked how this piece of writing was short and to the point. I am a strong believer that to get your point across writing should be short and sweet. I also want to be more confident in my writing and I do think by posting our writings on the discussion board for everyone to read will allow us to gain confidence.
ReplyDeleteThe memo was a really good thing for me to learn and practice for this assignment. I also enjoyed writing it. I think having practice writing memos will definitely allow us to improve our writing.
